I developed this Myst to cleanse the energy in my studio before, during and after bodywork sessions. Since burning space clearing woods and resins wasn't an option, this was my solution. Negative energy can be heavy, laden with stress, sadness, depression and anger and effect our subtle layer of our being even if it wasn’t our energy in the first place. PRANA MYST
Prana Mysts are pleasant and aromatic having a balancing effect upon the mind and are Sattvic in nature. They are light, soothing, cleansing and abound in the ether element of nature which convey sweet nutritive properties to the mind and the emotions.
