Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services. If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged half of the amount of your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing “5 pack plan” or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

Guidelines

• Please arrive on time or a couple minutes early to allow for changing into session clothing and/or bathroom visit. Take care to remove any jewelry before your session and please tie long hair back or up.

• Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. 

• ​Please turn off or mute your cell phone upon your arrival.

• Please remove shoes before entering the treatment room.

• Please show up to your appointment showered and clean. If that is not possible please wash face hands and feet upon arrival. 

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We realize things come up unexpectedly, if you have to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we are able to schedule another client. 

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Personal Check, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal 

• There is free street parking on 5th St or there is 2 hour free parking on the side streets.

• Septa routes 15 are very close by within a 1-2 block walk and 43 about a 5 block walk.
